Concrete vibrating table use <br>The concrete vibrating table is used in the test room. The on-site construction site is used for the test piece forming and prefabricated components to shake the various concrete members such as slab columns and beams.
Structure and working principle <br>The concrete vibration table is mainly composed of the bottom frame and the vibrator spring. The table and the bottom frame are welded by steel plate and section steel. The vibration table is composed of a motor and a pair of identical eccentric wheels. It is installed in the center of the table (reverse surface) through a pair of hanger couplings, which plays a role of smooth and vertical direction during the tapping process.

Installation and commissioning:
1. Before installing the vibrating table, the foundation should be laid first. When the foundation is hit, the upper plane should be found horizontally and the fixing bolts should be buried according to the bolt holes of the bottom beam, and then installed. The fixing bolts must be tightened during installation.

2. Before the vibration table is installed, test the car for 3-5 minutes, then stop all the fastening bolts. If it is loose, it must be tightened before use.
Instructions for use:
1. The vibrating table should be firmly fastened to the vibrating table during the tapping process.
2. Turn on the power and start the vibrating table until the milky cement slurry appears on the concrete surface.
3. After the vibration is finished, scrape off the excess concrete along the edge of the mold with a metal ruler, and smooth the surface with a trowel.
4. The vibrator bearing should be inspected frequently, and regularly removed and washed, and the lubricating oil should be replaced to keep the bearing well lubricated and prolong the service life of the vibrator.
5. The vibration table should have a reliable grounding wire to ensure safety.
6. After the end of each batch, cut off the power and clean the vibrating table
Precautions:

1. During the vibration stage of the vibrating table, the concrete products should be firmly fastened on the vibrating table. The required products should be placed symmetrically with the table top to balance the load. The fastening device of the vibrating product can be customized according to its own. The requirements are designed and formulated by themselves.

2, the vibrator bearing should be checked frequently, and regularly removed and washed, replace the lubricating oil, so that the bearing maintains good lubrication and prolongs the service life of the vibrator.
